DMCA Copyright Policy

VotrexStudio LLC ("VotrexStudio", "VotrexOne", "we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement on our services and how we respond.

1. Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe that content available on or through our services infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send a written notice ("Notice") to our Designated Agent. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your Notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (such as the URL);
• Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices to our Designated Agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1075760):

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly and materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

3. Removal and notice

Upon receiving a valid Notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and will make a reasonable attempt to notify the affected user — typically the church that uploaded the content, or a member of that church.

4. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law. We may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA.

5. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
